It'll make a good deal for somebody who realizes they'll have some work and/or expense to get it travel-ready and reliable again. For example, I'd be very surprised if it doesn't need or soon require a full four-wheel brake job. Rotors should be OK even with rust if it can be cleaned off, but I'd imagine the calipers are sticky or stuck and the four hoses to the calipers replaced. Pads might be OK. I have a front-brake-job-in-a-box left over from the front axle replacement I did on our 2002 E450 but no extra rear brake parts.
