We had an Adventurer 35B (34'11")on the 20,500 Ford and then the Suncruiser 37B (37'11") (same as the Adventurer) on the Workhorse W22. We liked both but DW loved the bedroom in the 37B. We crossed the USA many times with each. With the 37B we watched how much we loaded into it. We put 63,000+ miles on the 37B with no problems. After we traded in the dealer sold it in 2011 for about $40,000.
I would not worry about which chassis; they are both fine. Buy the house you like.
