The fresh water drain valve is a cable-operated blade valve as can be seen in the upper right of page 3 of the
Plumbing Diagram for your coach. (Note that you can zoom into the diagram and see details much better.) You will also find this valve in the
Parts Catalog for your coach, part number 062421-07-000, on pages 251 and 256&257.
You can replace the seals (
Valterra Black 1-1/2 Inch T1001-9Vp Bladex Waste Valve Seals-1.5" ), but I've had better luck just replacing the whole valve. Here's an Amazon listing for the valve:
