2007 Fleetwood Bounder 32K electrical issue

I also have a 2007 Fleetwood bounder and have the same intellitec syt. as you and have had to replace the circuit board on it but I don't think that's your problem 50 amp shore power and generator go thru the intellitec the same way so I don't think that's your problem my gutt tells me that if you messed around with the 12 volt syt. that's where will your problem will be found recheak all your 12 volt fuse to see if that's your problem when replacing your batterys if you toched positive battery to ground it can blow fuses

I dont think any of your 12V issues can effect your 110V power system. The 12 V is on the fuses and all of you 110V power is controlled by your circuit breakers. Although they are housed in the same box with 12V fuses and breakers, they are totally seperate power sources.

Your power converter only uses 110 volt to power/or convert power to your 12 Volt circuits and charge your battery.

What is odd about your 2nd ac is that your saying that it operates on generator but not your shore power. That leads me to believe that a 110 volt breaker is not thrown or it would not work on either. You have a transfer switch that may not be transferring power through both sides of the 50 amp service when it is in shore mode, but is transferring both side when the relay kicks it over to the generator side, therefore operating those circuits going to the 2nd ac. You might check there next.

On another note, you might check your GFCI reset button for those wall outlets that are not working. It can disable all the outlets on the outside of your rig and in your bathroom without throwing a breaker.

Sounds like either, your transfer switch is not powering a leg on shore power..OR your 50 amp cord has a bad plug end or the cord itself could not be carrying a leg...you need to check that cord where it comes into the transfer switch or the end of the cord and one of those plug heads might be bad....if you have one of those cords that attach at the motorhome and the shore post..try a different cord if you can find one...if still same problem, then it is definitely transfer switch....or even the connection at the motorhome end where you plug in the cord.

If not the transfer switch or the power cord and you have a power rewind for the power cord the problem may be in the contacts of the rewinder.

If you have an inverter check the reset buttons on the inverter.
