A buddy of mine had the same issue on his 07 Eagle. When he took it back to the factory, they installed special water diverters on the bottom edge of his slideouts to direct the water out and away from the coach. His floor would only get wet when the slides are extended. On the newer slides they have changed the sealing around the slides to prevent the water from coming in on the bottom edges. To see if this is your problem, the next time you know it is going to rain hard, duct tape the big rubber slide wiper securely to the slide box and see if your floor stays dry. You can also thoroughly wet the area with a hose and check for leaks, but i think a rain test is better. Then you can decide if you need the diverters. Fleetwood is aware of the issue, and they can steer you through modification.
