2007 Georgetown XL

1. Why new floors on that new a coach?
2. Why new floors on a coach with only 16,000 miles on it?
3. The mileage works out to about 2500 miles per year. If the inside is in great shape, then that means the coach was not lived in but left in storage and not used. My advice would be to have it inspected very very carefully.\\\..Dennis

I PURCHASED A GEORGTOWN 359XL NEW IN 2006 AND HAVE 30000 THOU ON IT AND LOVE IT.CHECK ALL APPLIANCES I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THEY PUT NEW FLOORS IN IT. MINE ARE LIKE NEW.CHECK FOR ANY WATER LEAKS AND ROOF MY GEORGTOWN HAS HELD UP FINE AND I USE IT. AND LOOKS LIKE NEW IF I SOLD IT TODAY NOUTHING HAS TO BE REPLACED MAINTENANCE IS EVERYTHING SO GOOD LUCK AND TAKE YOUR TIME LOOKING IT OVER IF U NEED MORE HELP PM ME

Thank you for your suggestions. Definitely want to know why the floors were replaced. I have written down your comments to take with us when we see it. Told my husband that IF we like it and IF we should decide it's the coach for us we would need to have it independently inspected. Many thanks again for leading us on our adventure!

The 378's are very nice looking coaches. It looks like the low retail is $59334 and average retail is $71489. Bestpreowned rv's does change the flooring when they get a unit in. If you are satisfied with the unit and price you will be paying, go for it. Just make sure all the appliances work including the TV's.

The 2014's are out now so the unit you are looking at I would consider it 7 yrs. old. That may help in your negotiations. After our discussions this week, I think you are pretty wise in your selection criteria.
