I have the same year/model and we love it. Like you, I had to do a little self education. Opened various access holes and crawled underneath, etc. Its all there and easy to access once you find it.

When my husband done ours, If I remember correctly from last year, this year I had to take to Dealer to have winterized.

It is not a easy task for women our arms are too short to deal with this, ha, ha...

Under the water heater ours is next to the steps, lay on your back next to the steps look up you will find a valve (really have to reach).

the low point drain is the same situation where it says low point again reach up the valve is right there everything is under the M/H. We had a Jamboree seacher for 15yrs, that was so easy a child could do it.

The manual is not that clear, my husband had the factory rep on the phone as he was doing the winter care.

Thanks everyone for the help. The by pass valves are under the hot water heater through an access hole. Found it after I cleaned under the heater.

I have a 350TS, they are quite a bit different from the 377. Mine like the 378 has water bypass under the water heater through an access point. I would check the forest river forum:

I have the 2012 Georgetown 378XL and the low point drains are under the fresh water tank compartment, that's the compartment next to the water heater. Also on the H/W bypass look under the water heater and you will see a access cover unscrew the cover and look in the hole and you will see your valves, there are (3) valves the bottom and top need to be turned 90 degrees and the one in the middle needs to be turned 90. this will close the water supply to tank and open the bypass. Just remember to swap them when de-winterizing.

On my Winnebago the bypass is in kitchen. You must remove a drawer and reach in to turn it. Tank is right next to it.
