2008 Itasca Suncruiser - True-Air Heat Pump Fan Noise

Is it the fan that cools the MH or the fan that cools the heat exchanger and blows air on the ground outside the MH? If it the outside fan the impeller maybe loose and can easily be tighten with a long Allen wrench.
