Sewer compartment on 2002 Itasca Suncruiser
Anyone who owns this or older Winnebago/Itasca might know what I'm writing about, and probably the only ones who could offer suggestions.
The hole in the floor of the sewer compartment is too small to put through the normal bayonet fitting on the end of the sewer hose. I have struggled for a few years with this. If I sit on a stool for about 10 minutes and wiggle the fitting this way and that way, tilt it just right...I sometimes get it through...after being thoroughly frustrated.
I can usually put the other end piece through with a little less frustration, but then I have to string the whole length of the hose through the hole. I don't like to do that because of wear on the hose (hits the edges).
I just bought a Rhinoflex hose and this one is really impossible to get through the hole.
Any suggestions from someone who has the same hole? Sorry for how that sounds :)
