Replacement taillight for 2008 Itasca Suncruiser

Question

I heard that terrible crunching fiberglass sound last week. I was stopped and preparing to back down my driveway while a workman's F450 truck was backing up the driveway. . . he never saw me? We both have State Farm Insurance, and they have been very good. . . I already have the check. ($6,000)

The only problem is that the repair facility cannot find a replacement RR taillight, from either Winnebago or from wrecking yards.

Any thoughts?

Get the DOT number off the lens and inpit it in Google.

Many of them are just stock lights form another vehicle. Ofter a Ford or GM truck or even some Ford cars.
They use high volume vehicle tail lights because the price is right.
If you post a pic of it we maybe able to identify it.

I think you want to focus your search on taillights that fit a Ford 2001-5 Explorer Sport Trac. Looks like Itasca used a clear lens version. (It's Adventurer twin used a traditional read lens version.)

Might have trouble finding a single match. Buying a pair may give you more options.

Thanks all for the thoughts, I had heard that it might be a Toyota part.  I'll be back home in a couple of days and will try the DOT number search, and also post a photo.  Interesting thought about buying a new pair?
