2009 Damon Avanti No power ?

Hi all fellow rvers
The quest continues with a 2009 Damon Avanti, low low miles with new batteries but no power in coach or engine, any ideas of the issue on this rig,

    it’s both house and engine separate battery banks

    Test the batteries? Clean and tighten connections?
