2009 Monaco Covina

I'm looking at purchasing a B+ on a Sprinter chassis and am wondering if anyone has any draw backs to the Monaco Covina. I have read on other forums that Monaco was no longer in business but I contacted them and it appears that is completely false and was told parts are still available as well as paint codes and such they were just purchased by a larger company. I have looked at quite a few of these RV's and the Monaco seems to be of the best quality as I've looked at Thor,Winnebago and Fourwinds.Let me know if there are any known drawbacks with the Monaco. Thanks
