2009 Safari Simba

I am in the process of buying a newer MH and have come across a 2009 Safari Simba with a WB of 228 and 33 ft long Ford Chassis. Does anybody on here know much about this MH? From the add it is basically what I am looking for, just have not heard much about this MH.

  • I think the sidewall and roof construction varied by year in the Monaco era, I think the later years (up to 2009 ) had a one piece peaked aluminum roof and fiberglass side walls.
  • The original owner of Safari was a large man. He instructed his designer to develop floor plans with wide walkways and lots of room in the bathroom area.

Like others have said they are well built RVs.

Do you know how the sidewalls were constructed?
  • We have a 1995 Safari Sahara from before they were bought out by Monaco

I think everybody that has an original or a Monaco version is pretty happy with them
  • You should find real wood cabinets and a very high quality coach that Safari was known to build. It should also have several extras that are usually found in much more expensive RV's. At this point, Safari was owned by Monaco.
