We purchased our new to us 1999 Adventurer for far less than what yours is being offered for. It is indeed a solid coach, but keep checking I think you can get a better price.
We just finished our first trip with ours, and the only issue we had was a drawer under the dinette wouldn't stay closed while we were traveling.
