Looking for some insight.
We are looking for a specific floor plan and price range, and the Coachman Mirada 350DS and Georgetown 350TS from 2009 meet those needs (Bunks) and can be had for less than $70K.
I am getting analysis paralysis. Every motorhome has its issues, so I am told. But I cannot find any raving fans. Also only finding maybe 1 or 2 bad reviews that stand out (and we always emphasize the bad over the good). Which of the two, from a manufacture standpoint, are going to have longevity. I have no frame of reference since I am new to RV's.
Intended use...full time RV with 3 people (2 adults, 1 toddler) and a towed car.
I guess I am asking the more general question, Coachman vs Forest River. Where do you come down and why?
As mentioned above Coachman is a division of Forest River.
Other online forum threads have reported in the past that Forest River MH owners manual shows they are not intended for full time use. Check the manuals in the prospective purchase and/or google the subject.
