Wow, that is a real shame! I've owned two winnebago products in the past....a 2005 Journey and a 2006 Vectra. We had the usual items on the shakedown cruise that where all taken care of at my dealer. At one time I had to contact the manufacturer and spoke to Bryan Funk about some leaking compartments and he was wonderful to work with.
I had an HWH issue and they took care of it under warranty. I also had a slide failure while in Florida and Sun Coast RV fixed that one and HWH replaced the selanoids. All in all I was very happy with the service and support from Winnebago. They are one of the better manufacturers to deal with.
If it where me I would take it to the factory to get all the issues fixed. If they can't get it in then leave it and go home until they can fix it. I would ask them to reimburse for the travel if you leave it to and from the factory. A well placed letter from an attorney won't hurt either.
