IF there is physically room a larger tank could be installed........but at what cost?? New tank/remove old/install new???
24 gallons of propane should last the average user several months. We go typically 6 weeks on 7 gallons unless it really cold.
Example:
90,000 btu/gal of propane.....furnace 30,000 btu/hr
3 hr/gal x 24/gal=72 hrs---6 hr./day=12 really cold days
Just not seeing the cost/benefit of installing a larger tank...if there really is room
