- BillMFlExplorerI have had excellent warranty service from Ford. Like most MH companies, the house warranty service is done by their dealers. In my case there has been only a couple minor issues, but Lazy Days seems soooo disorganized and it has been frustrating not to get very minor problems resolved quickly. So my opinion is Ford is great but coach issues and service are only as good as the dealer. Forest River was never a problem. LZ days was.
- Roadglider09ExplorerFord warranties are transferrable. It's shame, for the money we pay for theses coach's you'd think they'd do better than a 1 year warranty.
- Pop-Pop_CExplorerProbably only a year on the coach. Maybe a aftermarket???
- ArchHoaglandExplorerI don't know what the Georgetown warranty is.
Can you transfer the Ford warranty?
Do you need proof of service to transfer it? - 1 year and 12000 miles from original mileage at delivery. IF used, there are sometimes restrictions for the 2nd owner. You need to Contac Forest River direct if you are purchasing used. The chassis warranty stays regardless of who owns it, but you need to do a warranty transfer from Ford to keep getting the Notices for recalls and such. Same with Forest River. If unit is NEW and never been titled, you get the FULL Forest River 1 year and 12,000 from delivery mileage. Doug
