Thanks for your personal feed back Jeff, I noticed the recliner was missing from this MH also. I looked at the MH yesterday It had every thing I was looking for in a short MH, 4 pass tru storage bays, 65 gals of FW, 5000 lbs CCC, 2 AC's in a 31 ft MH. I have not seen storage bays like this in any other MH of this size. The only problem was when I lifted the sofa to see the bed layout it was loaded with acorns, when I tried the AC's acorns and small pieces of foam came out of the vents. Tires and batteries were 7 years old, very noisy on acceleration compared to my 454 and about the same performance from 40-60 MPH. All in all I liked the MH but was afraid of the mouse infestation. Also the dealership was firm on their $79,995 price tag. Most of the other 32d's were going between $53-$69k on average. However they were all very far from my house.
