I am researching lemon laws and how they apply to RVs. In Florida, the problem can't be something that is primarily a 'living facility'. In other words, if your microwave isn't working, that desn't count. With a water damage situation, it all depends on the location of the leak. If it is in the back in a closet, that doesn't count, but if it is a leak over the cab then that effects driveability and most likely is covered by the lemon law. Since my RV is not drivable and hasn't been for a while, I think it fits the law. I will find out. The next step is that I have to notify Coachmen in writing that this is a problem and request that they make a 'final attemp' to correct the issue. I have sent several emails to Coachmen about the problem and all I hear back from them are crickets.
I know there are a lot more 2013 Leprechaun's out there with this issue and I would love to get in contact with some of them.
