You bought this new? and the dealer has acknowleged that they (manufacturer) know about this?
I am not a fan of lawyers, but in this case? go find the meanest, nastiest civil lawyer you can and turn them loose. Don't wait till it's, like, so far down the road, finacially, that it seems easier to keep fixing.
