Doubtful. the XL series of Georgetowns have pretty much all the extra 'bells and whistles'. I'd be VERY surprised if they skimped on something as simple as a water heater bypass or low point drains.
Look all around your water heater, follow out the water lines going into it as far as you can. There should be a bypass line between the two lines at some point, with a couple valves around it. Owner's manual may or may not be any help, they don't always have information that specific in there.
As to the low point drains: On our 2012 Georgetown, the low point drains are just below where the water pump and water tank are located. If you don't find them there, I would crawl under it (there is surprisingly a lot of room under these things to move around, once you get down there), and have a good look around. Look along the sides close to the edge, thats where the drains will probably be. You're looking for two hoses/pipes dropping down, with caps on the end you can take loose to drain things out.
