2015 Discovery 40E Entrance Door snapping noise

Question

Hi All, Our new to us Discovery 4oE makes a sharp metallic snapping noise when the entry door is fully opened.  Partial openings we don't hear it.  Anyone seen this before?  What might be the fix? Thx, Jeff
