Bruce, You CANNOT argue or make common sense with people that will NOT listen or observe and have their minds set no matter what. There is NO slide out that when retracted does not stick up. Just because you have cabinets that stick up does not mean that the system does NOT go down a slant. THEY ALL DO. It is just when you have the carpet trailer you REALLY notice the lift up. Some, that have those cabinets, DO NOT go down a slant, because they just go straight out and because the cabinets are there, there is no reason to have that slide be a level floor. It all depends on the design on the Slide rooms and furnishings. Doug
