210 series HWH jacks not extending

Have you checked the blue wire #6820 for power leaving the control? It comes off relay CR1-2 contacts. Possible contacts are bad.
The relay is operated off the park brake circuit.
Have you double checked the ground, white wire number 6230 going into the control?
The number 2 terminal on the solenoid is fed by black wire number 8600 through the valve switch and gets connected to ground through the valve control circuitry.
Starting to sound like a bad ground connection on white wire # 6230
