Look at your GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating). That will tell you the most your combined coach (when loaded) and toad can weight.
ALSO, your chassis will have a towing rating.
ALSO, as MountainAir05 said, you will have a hitch rating.
You should not exceed ANY of the above.
BTW the HP rating alone doesn't tell the whole story. Could be a Cummins B or Cummins C. BIG difference in torque between the two. Depending on year, the B could be either a 5.9 or 6.7 liter. The C is 8.3 liters.
