What SUVs are recommended for towing 4 wheels down with a 360hp motor? The Tahoe is 5500lbs. I wasn't sure if that was too heavy or not.

It can do it. I have the Discovery and did extensive research on the Expedition. The 360HP rating comes with the Allison MH3000 tranny and 10K hitch. PM me if you have doubts or questions.
