Works out, I've spoken with all three of the above. Chris at UJoint and John at QuadVan, were great to talk with and clearly being into helpful. Both of those outfits will work on used vehicles.
Not so sure about Quigley for a used vehicle. They may only modify new vehicles on their way from manufacturer to dealer. You'd have to check. I worked with Doug there, and eventually bought a 2012 take-off axle/brake "kit" from Quigley. I thought they had only the Pennsylvania location, but another OP here got some parts from Quigley and I think they shipped out of Texas.
Because of proximity to you in Tennessee, I'd suggest calling UJoint and speaking with Chris. He's in Fletcher, near Asheville.
I believe these guys use F-350 components as the foundation of the 4x4 upgrade. I don't know if the mod requires a lift, and if so how much. Not F-250 because you need the dual wheel front spindles used with dual rear wheels to mod a dual-wheel RV chassis.
QuadVan's full name is Northwest Quadvan LLC, located in Portland Oregon.
