I bought a 91 pace arrow brand new, and I had water temp problems right from the get go. A 180 themostat helped as did the switch to turn the electric fans on. I really think GM undersized the cooling system back then. Jimmy, If you could someway get a bigger capacity radiator, I think thats the ticked for those old 454's
