On a vehicle that old, prices can be all over the map. Vehicle conditions can be all over the map too. Prices and conditions don't always correlate either, though one would think they should. It really comes down to, the seller knows what he paid for it and how much he put into it doing the conversion and has a limit to how much he's willing to lose on it, or how much he wants to make on it.
