i have a 89 tioga arrow ford e350 with a 460 v8 has a very bad exhause leak looking for a after market header that will fit and is ca smog legal or would it be best to replace with stock exhaust manif...

Let me see from 89 to 15 is 25 years if he gets 1/2 the service out of the replacements he will be just fine.
