I'm looking at one for a friend. It's a 24 footer with only 56,000 miles with the Isuzu diesel. I've owned RV's for most of my life so I know to look at appliances, tires, delamination-all the ordinary stuff. Anything in particular to check? Thanks in advance, Bob
  • tire date codes.....appliances for working conditions, any refrigerator recalls and if completed, check in cabinets and walls for water damage-rot, maintenance records for engine maintenance, a/c operational
  • I looked at one at a dealer once years back and when we opened one basement compartment water gushed out. don't remember if it was the seal or whatever but check it out.
as I recall, windshields were easy to find/replace since they were the same as from some bus or whatever.?? and left could flip over to right side.
    bumpy
  • My experience with short class A's that are old with low miles is because they drive terribly down the road. Don't let the big brown eyes get to you, take it for a long test drive. After that decide if you could drive that thing for 4-8 hours a day.
