A motorhome for "preppers"?

The photo is merely reversed (inverted). That's why the door appears on the wrong side. That being said, I don't know if it's photo-shopped or not. My guess would be yes, but who knows?

Or the photo got inverted.

Look at the setup for the stairs. They look like they could reach the ground. I'm still saying it's real!

Maybe it's from down under, with right steer. If so the door and steps are correct.

Looks like it is on an old M series military vehicle.

I'm going photoshop as well. The gas tank sticking into the wheel well and the steps were not done all that well. That and the door being on the wrong side.

My guess is PhotoShop, entry door on the wrong side of coach is a little fishy..
