- tenbearExplorerAnother thought. Are you controlling the AC with the thermostat? If so, maybe the 12v battery voltage is low. Do your lights seem dim? Can you measure the voltage?
- GreenMtMommaExplorerWe turned it on today for the first time AC ran at dealer but we were plugged into electric so did not run off generator at that time. So today when I turned it on it was the first time running off generator ... Ran for about five minutes.

Worked for five minutes when? When you picked it up from the dealer or worked for five minutes and then immediately stopped working?
The RV is 5 days old - worked for five minutes ... It's a 2017 - tenbearExplorerDoes the AC work on shore power? If so, can you measure the voltage when the AC is turned on and not working on generator power?
- cgmartineExplorerIf micro wave works, and I mean actually turns on, then most likely you have an automatic transfer switch. Move your ac temperature setting to a different setting, then turn on. If it does not work after that, check fuse.

- ksg5000ExplorerIf microwave works your generator is putting out voltage. Not familiar with your thermostat - make sure it's set to cool - maybe play with settings.
- 2chiefsRusExplorerhas the AC ever worked since you got it? i.e. is this a new problem or could it have been this way since you bought it. When was the last time that you know it worked?
- GreenMtMommaExplorerMicro wave does did not try tv

Does your power cord need to be plugged into your generator?
