First: Thanks to Old-Biscuit, I have long believed what you posted but the manual just hit my Reference folder. (I do not have that unit, but often am ask questions the manual will answer)
Now to the OP: You have a "Batteries not charging" issue.. Suspect list:
1: Batteries disconnected (Store mode)
2: Blown fuse (Converter/charger)
3: Tripped breaker (120 volt feeding converter/charger)
4: Tripped breaker (Battery main feed)
5: Bad connection
6: Bad converter,, note this is the bottom of the list.
On my coach #1 is "Unplugged converter" since my primary converter plugs in (not hard wired) my secondary converter is hard wired (Thankfully) and can be activated without getting dressed and going out doors.
