Access to cord reel on Monaco

Thanks fellas. The cord reel is a Shoreline model# CC50D(from build sheet). I replaced the Iota switch last year with a Surge Guard model 41260. I have checked the connections in the transfer switch and the EMS unit, all are tight. I am hoping there is a loose connection at the cord reel, just trying to figure out how to gain access, there is very little room to reach in the door on the outside of the coach.
