Had the same problem on a 2004 F450. Pulled left when I test drove it. Negotiated an alignment with the purchase. It pulled right. Took it to a specialist in Tampa who had aligned my Class for 8 years. Still pulled right. Took it to another alignment shop in Lexington, Ky and asked for new shocks to be installed before alignment. They found the vehicle alignment to be spot on and that the OEM shocks were good (only 4 k miles on the rig). They recommended I replace the front tires with "steer" tires. Had steer tires installed and it drove straight as an arrow until I sold it.
A little extra toe in will tend to hold the vehicle straight, but at the cost of tire wear and mileage.
