Class C handling can also depend heavily (no pun intended) upon where the propane tank, built-in generator, batteries, and refrigerator are located relative to the front and rear axles.
The manufacturers, and buyers, probably seldom pay hardly any attention to where these items are located in the motorhome's structure - from a handling perspective.
