Yours will have the 6 speed then. The F53 motorhome chassis is the same as the F550 Super Chassis and will also have the 6.8l V10. The F450/F550 basic chassis for box trucks and other truck applications will only have the 5speed trans. Only the motorhome chassis gets the 6 speed for 2016.
Oops I stand corrected, looks like all the F series get the 6 speed. Just looked at the ford site and that's what it said.
