rock hill is right, limited funds also limits what is available. Most late models will be in the 40-50K range units 10 or older may be close but some folks think what they have is gold and ask for way too much as a result.
Look at craigs list to see what is available and expand the search to areas not immediate to where you are. Be careful however as some described as beuties, well they may have been at one time but.... friend went to las vegas to see a cream puff MH, said once there it was junk. So look ask around on here or other rv websites for someone willing to check out for ya, offer a reward for doing so and maybe they will do just to help w/o reward. Never can tell. There are some dealers up your way that advertise nationally and also in calif, give them a look see but generally buying from dealer also means more cost in most cases and not necessarily a good unit after the fact.
