I've been to MHS, and if I were to by a MH - that is where I'd start. The folks I know who have bought there are happy.
It goes without saying - but I'll say it anyway - be sure you get 50A and 2 A/Cs. May not need them both much of the year - but when you do - you NEED them.
What extras are you talking about? I figured it was turn key
