Advise for a 100k budget

I'm sure the new vs used arguments could go on forever and am glad that we have both, especially the new buyers for feeding the used market, as the latter wouldn't exist without the former.
I think we have the the best of both worlds with our rig, in saving a bunch of money when purchased and with a coach that impresses all who see it, for it's quality build, condition and cleanliness. As for general appearance, it was just as good, when we bought it 6 + yrs ago. Naturally it's a much better all around coach now and anyone who has owned one for any length of time that hasn't made it better, is either lazy, has not interest or lacks in ingenuity and just my opinion of course. But then, it's that way with everything we own, with our ongoing improvement programs. As for toilets and mattresses that some owners apparently don't allow anyone to use other than themselves, they are cheap replacements in the long run and have found that a lot of the same people who wouldn't dare own a used mattress or toilet, have no problem whatsoever in doing the Hilton or Waldorf Astoria circuit and especially if someone would offer to pay for it all.
All in fun though, and what it's all about, no matter....
