Just highlight the url in your browser, copy and then paste it in the block provided by the blue link icon above. You can name the link on the next line, anything you want, but no cuss words, please...:E
As a last resort, you can always highlight, copy and paste it in the text. Won't be a link and extremely long, but least ways the receiver can copy and paste it in their own browser.
