Advise on 2016 Fleetwood Flair 26D?

Flair has been Fleetwood's lower end class A, I owned a 2002 Flair 25y, I now own a 2008 Bounder and the quality is better in the Bounder but I still never had any issues with the Flair, as to the Ford V-10 its a great motor/trans and don't expect mpg to be over 8 mpg unless your going down hill.

your buying a 75K retail unit one would /could not expect the quality to be more than entry level
from research mileage will be in the 6.5-7.5 range maybe 8 on flat roads at low speeds like 55MPH
