Have you tried adjusting that secondary mirror ? This convex mirror is pretty common on Velvac and other mirrors.

I was driving home from the Keys last month, in a 6 month old MH and my stick on convex mirror fell off my passenger side mirror. It made for an interesting ride, made worse because I was alone. I bought a replacement which fell off a few days later while sitting in the yard. I stuck it back on and I'm hoping it won't fall off again, as I'm going to the Keys again tomorrow. I had cleaned the mirror with alcohol, but it fell off anyway.
