I like the small round aftermarket stick-on fish-eyes. They're available for a few bucks from any big-box auto parts store. My favorites are the ones that are slightly adjustable in their stick-on base. The small image takes a bit of getting used to, but they totally eliminate any blind spot on left or right. But I spent five years in my mis-spent youth driving pickups with windowless cargo shells; got lots of practice in a half-million miles.
