  • If you have air suspension & brakes you already have the compressor on the coach. Just tap into the line if there is not a connection already there. Usually one is there for a tow truck to use if you should need to be towed. They would hook up to release your brakes.
  • David, I suggest you go a bit bigger, I have a 125 PSI an lucky if I can get to 85-90 PSI. I read somewhere to go about 25% more than your required PSI. So my compressor is really great for tow dolly an car. Its on my list to upgrade to a 150 PSI.
  • Thanks jim I have a diesel pusher with 22.5 on them.Everytime I go to fill them up its 10.lb at a time.
  • Presuming your motorhome is a gasser...I have a Sears compressor (can't remember the model #,) but it has a very large handle and fits nicely in one of my storage bins. (NOT a pancake model).
Goes up to 125 psi, and fills my 19.5 tires to 80 or slightly above with no problems. Seeing the tank is small, adding air can take a while, as the tank has to re-charge itself often.
You would also have to buy some air hose and an extention cord. My compressor never leaves the storage bin Using the extention cord, I plug it into the outside outlet and have enough air hose that I can reach all the tires including the spare.
