Are you sure??? That's a 27* difference. I get about the same, but everyone keeps saying you can't get more than a 10* or 20* difference. Maybe we're just more clean of heart and pure of mind than the rest of them? Whatever, I'll take the 27* degree difference.

Rooftop air conditioners do NOT bring in outside air. They only recirculate the inside air.
So you can see quite a difference between outside temperatures and inside temperatures.
