Are you plugged into a 50 amp circuit?

Will it work if you unplug and then run the generator?

Check your DC electric meter. Does it read full? It should read full battery. If not let us know. ..

Are your lights dim? Part of the question above, if the battery is full, and lights not dim, that is normal. If dim, and battery reads 1/4 or less, you can start the engine to recharge the battery, if the thermostat works while the engine is running, it indicates a problem with the converter and fuses connected to it. .

Not that either....thermostat has flat cable with telephone style modular plug...RJ-49 maybe?

Not able to diagnose rooftop units now. Started cycling on and off and making clicking sounds so DW pushed button on thermostat to cut off...then, thermostat went dark and units cut off. It's like the thermostat lost power. Where does thermostat power originate? No fuses blown or breakers tripped?

Yes, on 50 amp service...my meter reads 124VAC in all outlets. Nothing else seems to be affected...just A/C units. Thermostat won't do anything.

Does your thermostat have a battery?

OK with the power switch off push the mode and zone button at the same time as switching to on you will get a ff this resets the therm

My Thermostat's are 12 volt and if they aren't getting power your not going to get the air going again. Check the battery dis-connect switches, maybe he hit one of those by accident.

The Tstat gets it power from your 12V system. Check your 12V fuses.
