I would highly recommend doing what wolfe10 suggests first. If no 12v to the solenoid, then I would check for an open in the circuit both between the power source and the air horn switch as well as an open in the circuit between the air horn switch and the air solenoid valve.
If you have 12v at the solenoid, then most likely the valve is stuck. I've had to disassemble the valve on our coach a couple of times and clean it then apply a bit of silicone spray before reasssembly, always seemed to work for me.
